I still have  a weekly hour session available at the twofer one price for the remainder of July.  If you know a youngster that could use some motivation with help through the arts, or a single mom who could use some self nurturing through creative movement, or a musician that has reached writers block, or a care-giver that is looking to re-create himself/herself and transition to a new career, they may benefit from having a personal Life Coach.  Life Coaching is an amazing gift to give someone you love.  Life Coaching is not therapy, it is similar to a sports or singing coach only I hold space for you while you design goals that you would like to reach in the areas of personal development, action plan, living according to your values, and orchestrating a balanced life. This is my passion, I love to help people reach their full potential through the arts.  I am an artist.  I live and breathe art and I go through blocks just like many others do.  I have tools that can help create shift and get you moving towards your passion and fulfillment.
